Overview

A Different Approach to Ministry Growth

At Accompaniment Partners, we support Catholic ministry leaders through coaching, consultation, formation, and strategic guidance rooted in the lived reality of their communities. We believe effective ministry cannot be reduced to a template or transferred from one parish to another without discernment.

Our work begins with listening. We take time to understand your culture, leadership structures, challenges, and hopes before offering recommendations.

Coaching & Accompaniment

A Different Kind of Coaching Relationship

Healthy ministry doesn’t grow from borrowed strategies or quick fixes. It grows when leaders are understood, supported, and accompanied over time. At Accompaniment Partners, coaching begins with presence. Before offering recommendations or strategies, we take the time to walk with your community—learning your culture, listening to your people, and experiencing the real rhythms of parish life. Because if you’ve been to one Catholic parish, you’ve been to one Catholic parish. Our coaching is not about applying a model. It’s about discerning a faithful and practical path forward—together.

Long-Term Accompaniment (Primary Coaching Engagement)

Our primary offering is a one-year accompaniment relationship designed for parishes and Catholic organizations seeking depth, clarity, and sustainable change.

During the first phase of our work, the focus is simple: listening, learning, and understanding. We intentionally resist offering solutions too quickly so that trust can be built and context honored.

From Accompaniment to Strategy

After walking with the community for several months, we begin a more focused strategic phase.

This work continues through ongoing monthly on-site accompaniment and virtual coaching calls as needed to support momentum and accountability.

Not Ready for Long-Term Coaching?

Many parishes and dioceses begin with a shorter engagement.
I regularly offer workshops and keynote presentations for parishes, dioceses, conferences, and leadership gatherings. These experiences are practical, pastoral, and grounded in real ministry life.

Workshops often serve as a first step toward deeper accompaniment.

Our Commitment

Whether through a one-year coaching relationship or a single workshop, our posture
remains the same:

We stay.
We walk.
We build capacity.

If you’re looking for a partner who will take the time to understand your community before offering direction, we would be honored to walk with you .
